Effective: July 5, 2026 · dylr MCP is a product of Dylr LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or connecting the dylr MCP server, you agree to these terms.
dylr MCP lets an AI assistant you control place real telephone calls on your behalf, using your own verified phone number as the caller ID, for your personal or business errands (reservations, inquiries, appointments, customer-service matters, and similar).
Under U.S. law — the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the FCC's 2024 ruling — calls made with AI-generated or artificial voices are regulated like robocalls. Calls to residential or wireless numbers may require the recipient's prior express consent, and any call with a marketing purpose requires Prior Express Written Consent. With that in mind:

You are the legal originator of every call your connected AI places. You are responsible for the objectives you (or your AI, acting on your instructions) set, and for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction and the called party's jurisdiction — including consent-to-record rules where transcription applies. We provide transcripts for your records; whether transcription is lawful for a given call is your responsibility.
Pay-as-you-go accounts include up to 100 calls/day (5-minute max per call); Pro accounts up to 500/day (10-minute max), with per-destination limits. These limits exist to keep the platform unattractive to abusers; we may adjust them, throttle unusual patterns, or suspend accounts that look like spam operations — with or without notice.
The voice agent is an AI. It can mishear, misunderstand, or fail to accomplish an objective. Summaries and outcome grades are best-effort. Verify anything important (confirmation numbers, prices, appointment times) before relying on it. We are not liable for actions taken by third parties based on what the agent said, or for missed/incorrect bookings.
There is no free tier. A payment method on file (via Stripe) is required before any call can be placed. Usage is billed at $0.15 per minute of connected call time, rounded up to the next whole minute per call. Calls that do not connect (no answer, busy, failed) are not billed. Pay-as-you-go has no base fee; Pro is $19/month plus the same per-minute rate. Stripe invoices monthly with itemized usage. Customers with an active dylr subscription who link their account have minutes billed to their existing dylr subscription instead. Cancel anytime from the billing portal (effective at period end); you remain responsible for usage already incurred. Rates may change with notice.
We store your account details, verified number, call metadata, transcripts, and summaries so you and your connected AI can retrieve them. We don't sell your data. Call audio is processed in real time for transcription and is not retained as audio by us. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create abuse risk, or generate complaint patterns, at our sole discretion. You may stop using the service at any time.
Service provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dylr LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 3 months. You agree to indemnify Dylr LLC against claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms.
