🧾 How billing works — the whole truth
· 15¢ per minute of connected call time, rounded up per call (a 2:10 call = 3 minutes = $0.45).
· Nothing is charged for calls that don't connect — no answer, busy, or failed costs $0.
· Pay as you go has no monthly fee. Pro ($19/mo) buys higher limits: 500 calls/day, 10-min calls, 3 at once.
· Stripe invoices you once a month for the minutes you used. Every invoice is itemized in the billing portal.
· dylr customers with an active subscription: Pro limits are included and your minutes bill to your existing dylr subscription instead — no second card, no second invoice.
· Cancel anytime from the portal; it takes effect at period end and you only pay for what you used.
· Why no free tier? We're bootstrapped — every call costs us real carrier money, and we'd rather be straight with you than burn investor cash pretending it's free.

🔑 Personal API key for scripts & power users
OAuth handles Claude/ChatGPT/Grok automatically — you don't need this for them. The key is for curl, custom agents, Hermes, etc. Send it as Authorization: Bearer dck_… to POST /mcp. Treat it like a password.

The rules of the road: your number is your caller ID, the AI always says it's an AI, opt-outs are honored instantly and permanently, and you're responsible for having any consent the law requires for the calls you place.
